They were located on the first floor of a two-floor building, however, they were kept very clean and well supplied. The service was good, with friendly staff, even though there was a slight issue with a detector. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to laundry services after travel, although the area was congested and small. I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were awesome, but there were some cleanliness issues to address. The service was great, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, yet the dining was below my expectations. The location was good, but a bit confined in areas.
